Ms. Henna Bakshi and Mr. Kamalpreet Singh were booked on 14th September, 2012, under Sections 66A and 67 of the IT Act by the Cyber Crime Cell of Chandigarh Police. They acted on a complaint filed by a Traffic Police ASI regarding certain comments posted by her on Chandigarh Traffic Police’s Facebook page.
In her comments, Ms. Bakshi had alleged harassment by Chandigarh police when she went to file a complaint regarding theft of her car.
