SFLC.IN in collaboration with FICCI is organising the “Round-table on Intermediary Liability on the Internet” at Seminar Hall No. 1, India International Center on Tuesday, April 30th, 2013 from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
The round table plans to focus on the issues faced by the Industry and Internet users after the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 came into force in April 2011. This is the first in a series of nation wide consultations being organised to elicit feedback from various stakeholders on the issue. The round- table proposes to have a productive sharing of ideas and to collate data on the experience so far for facilitation of better policy on this issue.
